เมื่อวันที่ 16 กันยายน 2565 เวลา 15:00 น. นายสิรวิชญ์ ชาวงษ์ ประธานชมรมอาวุโส กฟฉ.1 จ.อุดรธานี ได้จัดการแข่งขันฟุตบอลเพื่อเชิดชูเกียรติ อดีตนักฟุตบอลสโมสรการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค โดยเชิญทีมฟุตบอลเข้าร่วมการแข่งขันเพื่อเป็นเกียรติดังนี้ ทีมรวมรัฐวิสาหกิจ, ทีมสิงห์ดำ (ทีมฟุตบอลนิสิตเก่าคณะรัฐศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย), ทีมอดีตนักฟุตบอลสโมสรสินธนา ชิงถ้วยเกียรติยศ นายอรรษิษฐ์ สัมพันรัตน์ ประธานกรรมการ การไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค และถ้วยเกียรติยศ นายชัยวัฒน์ ชื่นโกสุม รองปลัดกระทรวงมหาดไทย
